Watching a Pond Grow

We didnt need to do much to the pond during July and by the time August came round the plants were all pretty established looking. The floating plant we bought took off during July and August which helped fill some of the spare water space and provide some shade. Also most of the oxygenator plants started to reach the surface of the water and also expand underwater.

You can see that the water lilies have grown well on the medium shelf and also that the plants on the beach are starting to really grow.

Here you can see the lilies closer up and also most of the bog area behind the beach.
