The pond looked very healthy throughout July and August 2008. All the plants grew well except the lillies which didnt like the way the water level went up by around 10cm within a week or two.

As you can see in this picture the water lillies have disapeared but the Rush in the middle of the pond has grown very well since June 2008.

The creeping plants on the beach were a huge success this year after become established last year they spread well and covered most of the beach by August.
